2022-2023 Academic Year Fall semester Department-Student meeting was held on 19 October 2022. Thank you to all participants.

We held a farewell & thank you meeting for Gültaze Akkan, who has retired from the administrative staff of our department, and Songül Şenli and Gül Topak, whose duty units have changed. We would like to thank our relevant staff for their devoted work.

Our 2022-2023 academic year orientation meeting was held with the participation of our new students.

Our 2021-2022 Graduation Ceremony was held with the participation of our Rector Mr. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Cahit Güran, our Dean Ms. Prof. Dr. Şefika Şule Erçetin, and our Respected Lecturers. Our department and faculty top student Ayça Gökçe, and our department and faculty second student Dilay Ülker were presented their plaques by our Rector. We wish all our graduates success in their future lives. 

The English education attaché of the United States of America in Turkey, Mr. Roger F. Cohen visited head of our department, Mr. Prof. Dr. İsmail Hakkı Mirici and met with our students. We want to thank him for his kind visit and valuable remarks.

Under the coordination of the head of our department, Mr. Prof. Dr. İsmail Hakkı Mirici, the Sign Language Education Webinar series organized by our ELT Master's students was completed with the training of our teacher Samet Ünal.
